Nurivo Care is a small Scottish team building care management software for care businesses and councils — CarePilot for the office, and a dedicated offline app for the carers doing the work. We're small on purpose — small enough to listen, and small enough to build what you actually need.
Nurivo Care is built by people who've spent careers writing software for hospitals, wards, and clinical teams. We've seen what good looks like — and we've seen what happens when software is designed by committee for people the designers never meet.
The tools care teams usually get lumbered with are clunky, overpriced, and built by vendors who've never set foot in a home on a Sunday morning when three staff have called in sick and medication rounds are late.
We want to build the opposite of that. Slowly, with the first care businesses using it having real input on where it goes next.
The daily operations platform for care managers — residents, staff, medications, care plans, incidents, and reports, all in one clean, practical system.
A live bed-placement portal connecting local councils with care homes — ending the phone-and-fax era of finding residents a place.
Whether you run a domiciliary agency, a single care home, or a group of homes, CarePilot brings the day-to-day running of your business into one clear system. Not another dashboard full of charts nobody looks at — a practical tool built around what care teams actually do, every shift.
Care happens in someone's home, often with no signal. So the carer app works fully offline. Carers check in, record medication, complete tasks and notes — all with no connection at all. Their work is held safely on the device until they're back online — however long that takes. There's no time limit and no cap: a carer can work through an entire shift, or several, with no signal at all, and nothing is ever lost.
Built native for Android and tuned to run on the everyday phones your team already carry — fast, and built not to crash mid-visit. Today's visits are fully available offline — care plans, medications, tasks, contacts — and carers can see the next few days at a glance to plan their travel.
When the office changes a visit while a carer's offline, nothing breaks: the rota stays the office's to control, but whatever the carer did is kept, credited to them, and explained in plain language when they reconnect.
Care data is encrypted on the carer's device and encrypted in transit. Sensitive identifiers like NHS numbers are additionally encrypted in our database. And if a phone is ever lost or stolen, the office revokes it in one action — the data is already encrypted and locked to the device, and the moment that phone next touches the internet, the app erases all local care data and signs out for good.
Resident information on a personal phone, handled the way it should be.
Rather than sell you a finished product, we'd rather build the last 10% with you. In exchange for working through it with us, you get pricing and access nobody else will.
